It's worse than I thought. I've had time to actually go through the metadata and match it with valid ZIP files:

SP1: 577 items, 2 saved (below 1%) -- NOTE this has some SP2 stuff, due to poor organization
SP2: 317 items, 1 saved (below 1%)
SP3: 11 items, 11 saved (100%)
SPWAW: 626 items, 536 saved (85%)
SPWW2: 106 items, 0 saved (0%)
SPMBT: 199 items, 130 saved (65%)
