What fun would that be? I am sorry, the only ministers I use are for auto building, and mybe, if I get board, Intel and Research. But the latter two are only maybe's.
I don't get why you would just want to watch when you could be playing? Besides, the ministers are kinda dumb, and do things that most players would not do. Just an FYI.
