Hey! I'm in the Air Force, and I.. uh.. well, yeah, I guess that's about right.

And underwater baces would be resistant to orbital bombardment.

underwater bases would not necessarily be resistant to bombing. IF you can find their location and drop a bomb with either a delayed fuse or pressure/depth trigger an explosion underwater would be even more devestating than in the air.

Or you boil the water...that could make for UGLY pressure damage and problems for an underwater base....unless the population is water-breathing/living.

Or just drop a big rock on it. Rock punches throuh air and water, hits base, boom. Kinetic energy strikes are such fun.

Why was Darkhorse razing Mlmbd? Doesn't a user have the right to defend oneself?

Nah, just use a planet destroyer on it. You can always rebuild it later.

Not if he hasn't been attacked in the first place, no.
Darkhorse wasn't razzing mlmbd; mlmbd baselessly accused Darkhorse of copping an attitude. mlmbd also has yet to explain what prompted that outburst. (Unless he did so in his Lurk Report, which I don't read.)
