need to clean-up the backgrounds in several ships and unless I get the urge to make a design name file it is basically ready.

I had one other guy test it and he didn't mention any major probllems. I am also waiting to hear back on a peculiar RCE I had (had it when trying to fix the personality, tried overwriting it for a new .emp) (appears fixed after deleting .emp and making a new one).

If somebody else wants to test it before final publishing is fine with me, especially in light of this RCE.

then I have to make the read-me and credits for stuff I borrowed. maybe by this week-end.
