I've tried giving negative "Combat Movement" to components but it does not seems to work.

but, anyone ever figure out if its possible?

ive been mucking around and doing some searchs, and i can't find anyway to do it...

Can't be done as it stands..SE4 has certain hardcoded limits. This is one.

You can use emergency propulsion, which I think only works at the system level.

We were just discussing this in the SWII Mod thread. You can use emergency propulsion to increase noncombat movement and afterburners to increase combat movement.

Unfortunately, emergency propulsion does not seem to work within fleets.

Plus I do think it is Ship Only not to the Fleet same with resupply
