Hmmmm....it's no sacrifice if the mother in law is an interfering woman!

Sacrifice implies something which has great value to the person giving it up. Mother in laws usually do not fall into this Category.

Or is this an attempt to kill two birds with one stone? Getting rid of a mother in law and appeasing the "God of Hardware Failure".
