How about "Mineral planets are the best." in a P&N game? Ships tend to cost a lot more rads than mins in P&N.  |

Varelen, just a tip, if you can, do not scrap those ships rather mothball them. I saw this tip somewhere here around the forum and eversince, i always produce more ships than i need. I mothball those and they are my reserver troops in case my fleet gets hit hard.

I don't believe there is.
One way to make a message be sent more is to input it more often in the .txt file.
