Well, in original files Electric Discharge have 3KT and Telekinetic Projector has 4KT. I think that makes a tie between them (Large fighters will be able to have more Electric discharges then Telekinetic Projectors, but Telekinetic has bigger punch). I completely overlooked Telekinetic Projector since I don't use Psychic tech a lot. Good thing you told me this before I started working on some Psychic race.

I guess Cue Cappa will have a lot of fighters too.
