How good is PBW over dial up? Mine usually connects at 49.2 Kbps. conections are stable, but not sure if the game will be recognized by "activity"

I wouldn't be so chearful if i where you. Prepare to lose tons of sleep, see your social life go down the drain, drink lots of coffee which is bad for your health and so on.
On the other hand, you get to slaughter some virtual races which can be fun
