ISTR there was a percentage chance as well - something like 170%. I thought it was an EITHER/OR situation not a BOTH situation. IOW 500K score OR 170% of 2nd place (AI).

Do I remember this wrong?

If it was OR, you could become MEE if you had only 17K and second place had 10K.
