I think .zip files should be setup with paths so that you can just unzip them to your Space Empires base directory and they'll be placed as intended.

The more I think of it I feel I would like the sets to be expanded into a folder with their own name. I want it to be up to me to tell it what folders above there such as:
D:\SE_TDM_FQM\Pictures\Races
or
F:\SEIV\TDM\Pictures\Races

Unless you're like me, and place all mods under a "Mods" subdirectory.
If it's a mod, just zip it with a directory for it's name. Include a Modinfo.txt file, too. If it's a shipset, zip it with the appropriately named directory. No "SE4\Pictures\Races\Race1029" stuff.
At least, that's my opinion.
