Biscuits and gravey is just what it says it is... biscuits (fluffy biscuits, not cracker-like biscuits) with "country-style" gravey poured on top.
Haggis... stuffed sheep intestines? Or is it cow intestine stuffed with sheep meat? No wait... its sheep stomach stuffed with beef... I think...
