Favourite SE:IV Music Track
For some strange reason, I've stuck the SE:IV CD in and listened to each track. Some of the combat tracks (like #4 and #14) are really growing on me, if only they were longer.
What's your favourite? I know this probably requires you to put the CD in, but oh well!

Re: Favourite SE:IV Music Track
Same as Rollo. I shut them off. I should turn them on and listen to them again sometime.

Re: Favourite SE:IV Music Track
Those are the Media Player track numbers (1-15), not the settings.txt track numbers (2-16)... wonder why they're off, it's as if there were a dummy track that Media Player knows to ignore but SE4 doesn't...
edit: oh yeah, my favorite, it was a close call between 4 and 6 and 14... did you know that the middle of 6 is just the middle of 4 sped up? I like the faster Version better, and 14 begins kind of weak while track 6 has that cool warp effect, so...
Track 6, I choose you!
{bropp}
Tracksix! Tracksix! Tracktracktrack! Six!
edit 2: Or, for even more fun, download the (almost) complete soundtrack from Master of Orion 2 here and burn it to a CD! D

Re: Favourite SE:IV Music Track
The first "track" is a data track. It is where the game data is. The CD is set up so that audio players (including steroes and such) ignore the first track.

Re: Favourite SE:IV Music Track
Come on people, vote! Perhaps we can 'influence' the musical direction for the Space Empires series!

Perhaps if there was an option for "I don't listen to the music" there would be more response. Mmmmm maybe I'll give it a listen.
