didnt fit. I hit the size limit. Im chopping it into 2 seperate file downloads. That aught to fix the problem.

Don't include the Image Mod files in your zip. The point of the Image Mod is so that people download and install it once, not with every mod. It is a huge waste of bandwidth and people's time to include the image mod files in your mod.

In fact, you don't even need any pictures in your mod directory. Install the Image Mod into your standard directory; the game looks there for files when they're not in the mod directory.

I changed too many images. Soon I will go through and remove all the unnessecary files but for now, if I dont add the files, there will be a lot of blank pictures. Unless there is some other way to do it?

Why don't you add new images instead of changing existing ones? That way, you can submit those new images to the image mod.
