Default TCP/IP Problem.

I hate to sound too basic on my question, but, well, I have been trying to play a TCP/IP game with a friend and, no matter who is the host, when you try to connect to the hosting player, it will end saying "Could Not Connect", but in the host screen it will show the player as connected. However, the game will be stuck in "Sending Game Setup Files".

Anyone has an idea of what could be happening?

We see this problem alot but I don't recall any solutions that have solved this problem everytime. Me and my brother had this same problem and we got it fixed, but it's been so long ago I forget how we did it.
I recommend looking at the sticky thread at the top dealing with setting up a TCP/IP game. That may shed some light onto the matter.

Oh, are either one of you behind a firewall or a router? For us to have a better chance at solving this problem it would help if we knew the specs of both your machines.

The problem has been solved. Thank you anyway for your concern.
I am not sure why did it happen, but after I installed the Last patch (I had not updated it in some time) the problem stoped to show up.
