Not exactly, Aloofi.
Lung infections have nothing to do with cloning, its just a hazard of life in general.
Some of the other things like arthritis are probably related to her being cloned, but not the infection.
Cloning does work, just not anything like pop sci-fi would lead you to believe.
Its pretty much the same as if you had an identical twin brother or sister, and put them in cryo for a few years.

But lung infections are usually fatal only in old sheeps, more then 10y old. Dolly was 6. This plus unusally young arthritus makes it all worrisome.
