After 116 turns, I have finally won rd1gm7.
I must commend Satola for his tenacity. He stuck in until the Last dog was hung.

Re: New Tournament starting, Join the 2003 PBW Open tournament
Game 6 has just hit 100 turns and I am still alive!!!
Yippee, jumps around a bit and thanks the SEIV Gods... Ok, just because I am no threat and have been ignored by the three leading Empires doesn't mean it is no achievment... This is my first ever PBW game! So I am happy just to be alive.
I suspect this game as many turns left....

Re: New Tournament starting, Join the 2003 PBW Open tournament
Game 5 - 2409.0
Last person surrenders leaving me, well, the "Last Man Standing".
Though it may sound like the Oscars, I'd like to say I couldn't have won if it hadn't been for Mark Pash, who I established a partnership with soon after we met. And though I had little in return to offer, he traded a colonizing tech to me for me being a loyal partner and for what tech I had that he didn't have. I told him straight up that he was giving me more than he was getting. So, I owe my empire success to him.
