Lol, too true. j/k. Actually its a combination of things that has slowed me down in my se4 production. Work (about 45hrs/wk), married life, and an annoying little addiction called Magic the Gathering Online. That and I'll be honest, after almost 2 years (or maybe it has been more), I'm burnt out on se4. I havn't made an AI in ages and I've even neglected my Mount Mod (and there are probally some PBW game owners/players who want to string me up for my slow turns
).
As to the dragons, I've always said this shipset rocked (had a beta on my hard drive for ages), Andres and Damien have done amazing work over the years
. I originally envisioned the dragons as a combo Organic/Psychic race but whoever wants to make the AI (I'm just not up to speed on all the new 'gold' options for AI making, I'd just muck it up) can do what they feel best.
That and Andres has let me know that people have mentioned that my old AI for the Empire (star wars) is less than challenging. If anyone would like to see what they can do with this one as well you have my blessing as I don't think I have the skills to make it the AI it deserves (or the patience anymore).
I still lurk around (this is still my homepage
) and will post from time to time but I think my days of se4 will be very sporadic in the future (though I'm looking forward to the next games in the series). There will be a final Mount Mod in the next little while (honest
) but its back to lurking for now.....
