Help me find a game

I remember that game but couldn't remember the name. I scrolled through all the Strategy Reviews on Gamespot until I recognized its name. Finally, in the N's, I found it. :-)

thanks a lot! wow, you're patient. i just couldnt recall the name though, kept looking for sky and cloud and whatnot. thanks a lot! now if only i could find it *anywhere*...

Next time you need to find a game like that try

Gamefaqs.com

or

Mobygames.com

They both have tons of Archived info on almost any game you can think of and Gamefaqs has an excelent(albiet "low tech", no avatars or smiles or UBB code) message board system and Mobygames has a ton of info on old games and links to possible places of purchase.
