What comes in the order?
A box or bag. CD, manual etc. Just curious.

Re: What comes in the order?
Yep. CD and Manual. The CD inside a sleeve case stuffed in the manual, with the whole thing shrinkwrapped.

Re: What comes in the order?
My CD came in the mail twice, and both times it was jammed in my mailbox and bent...fortunately I've got lots of heavy textbooks to flatten 'em out!

Re: What comes in the order?
That's about the only disadvantage to Shrapnel's shipping style. People don't realize there is a CD in there, so they think the book should be able to bend.
Or they don't care either way. In this case it only matters because a jewel case or cardboard box is less flexible than a manual.

Re: What comes in the order?
From the shipping co's pov, they will have no way of knowing, and even if they did those disks would still have a good chance of breaking without a case or at least some good cardboard.

This will not make a difference, actually. Jewel cases break as easily as CDs do. The only way to fix it would be to ship them in boxes instead of envelopes.
