Don't hold your breath waiting for it but I recently started added the ability to mod the AI to my SE4 Modder program.

It's a very good site but does not help with AI modding. I will see what I can do but my time is very limited at the moment.

What about this, just for a quick solution maybe:
AI modding veteran takes one of his own ai.txt files and just places remarks about his idea/thoughts behind the according lines. Probably you could use a different color for the remarks.
Idea?

IMO not praticable. Too many modders, too many files and far too many different ideas and approaches. If someone volunteers why not? I most certainly won't...

Working on it, but its taking a while and some of the points I'm not 100% sure about.
