Were the Manticoran ships plain silver? The design concepts are nice but the plain silvery surfaces don't look right. Find some good textures for it.

Yes, they are plain white: From "Honor Among Enemies" - "...she (AMN Derfflinger) was a haze grey instead of white both the RMN and PN favored". There must be some other references that RMN ships are all white. Actually, I used "faze" texture !

It can be seen with 1024 resolution but not with 800

Nice set. Two minor quibbles, aside from the already noted name bug.

-you forgot to delete mephisto's terran_ai_general file.

it's included.

-Seeing Manticore with 50% trade is really, really ammusing.

Yeah, I just picked up the first race at random as an AI

Sorry about that.

The "real" Manticore AI should have "natural merchants" advanced trade, "merchant" culture and some trade bonus I think.

What is the SE grav lance anlog ? Shield generators killing weapon ? It would be nice to include it into some designs !

I forget the exact effect of the Grav Lance, but something that goes through shields and burns out shield generators would probably fit the bill.

Is it possible to ram a ship but not destroy both ships? The Grav Lance was a ramming weapon, wasen't it?

No, it just has a very short range. In HH universe, where ships fight each other millions of kilometers apart, it was quite close to ramming though
