Should the file "Terran_AI_General.txt" be renamed to "Manticore_AI_General.txt" or what? What does the "general" file do?

Re: For Honor, and no mercy !
No problem. I just don't understand the AI files and cannot make a decision concerning the files without aid. Speaking of aid, manticore has no EMP files. How does one create them? And what happens if you play a game against a Manticore AI that has no EMP file?

Re: For Honor, and no mercy !
.emp files are only used to add an empire in the game setup. When an AI is chosen randomly, it uses the settings in RaceName_AI_General.txt .
To generate an .emp file, start games with a large number of random AIs until the race you want is included, then take control of that race and Save Empire (on Game Menu [F2]). You'll need to repeat this for all three point levels (2k, 3k, 5k).

Re: For Honor, and no mercy !
Someone should upload this shipset to PBW. I quite like it, but it's a pain to use when it's not handily available to download by others in the game (IE, when I'm not the host )
Edit: Where do you guys think Weber'll go with the next book? He kinda threw everything back into the fire, so to speak, and things should get interesting. Heh... I've read the series 2 or 3 times so far , but that still doesn't help predicting things. Any thoughts?

Re: For Honor, and no mercy !
Glad you like it
I don't visit PBW much. If you like, you can upload it there. I'll appreciate it

Read up on your history of the Napoleonic Wars and you should pick up a few clues, I daresay.
