I had not taken the time to read the Newbie FAQ in its entirety. All I can say is WOW!. I made some notes that I want to test to see if I can contribute to this body of knowledge. I mane, if I'm going to ask for this information, then I should be willing to produce some of it....

I do have a question concerning an entry in the FAQ.

Organic Armor:

6.1.10 Organic armor will regenerate only in battle, not in strategic mode. If got 1 left, engage immobile target and just sit there to regenerate. This is expected to be fixed in the next patch.

Is this the case for 1.84 (I know the FAQ says it was updated for 1.84, but I want to make certain).

If this is true, and you are playing a simultaneuos game, then the Organic armor will never regenerate, correct? Seems to be a mojor negative there.

It was definitely true in pre-1.84. It is supposed to be fixed in 1.84. I haven't tested it yet. If you test it, please post your results.

In simultaneous games, it could be repaired 2 ways: 1) repair outside battle by a spaceyard or repair bay, 2) regenerate in a subsequent battle where little/no damage was taken.
