Well, that's a pain. I'm probably the culprit here - I posted before I'd gotten a population over 40B. A couple of us had been playing with the file, found a couple other strange things with the population breaks, and discussed with MM. But I don't recall seeing anything about a maximum number of those modifiers. Oh well... guess I'll have to remove a couple & keep it to 20. Unless we can convince MM to increase the max &/or incorporate the modified settings...
