Patch (and other) Questions

3) At least some of Mephisto's mod (the design creation file I think) is going to be in the patch.

Umm, I wrote that one. I have done this to Xi'Chung (not Texrak) by modding their AI files. Also, you can check on them by changing empire control from computer to player (it is done in Game Menu/Players option). I am sorry for confusing you about this,

it was intended for modders only. I'll go delete that one right now.
