The really evil thing about it is when you combine the three (Advanced Storage Techniques, Hardy Industrialist, Temporal Technology). Your planetary spaceyards will have improved construction from the Hardy Industrialist trait, meanwhile the extra population on the planet from advanced storage techniques will add another bonus, and when you combine that with temporal shipyards, well, it's quite impressive, especially on a huge gas giant.
