I believe he means that none of the ringworlds will be Oxygen or Rock types. The original sentence was somewhat unclear.

Tesco- Did you alter the research cost of religious to reflect 10 levels? If not then the sheer cost of getting a true Talisman would put a religious player at a disadvantage.

Just a thought...

None Rock None Oxygen type.

Means its is not a rock planet and that its atmosphere is not oxygen.

To me it was clear. Sorry that it was not clear.

So perhaps it may be ice none or gas methane.

Does this clean that up ?
