I have all my PBW turns emailed to me - no downloading direct from PBW required - and I can still access it from anywhere because it's a webmail account.
Can't you just use this system to get your turns?

PBW does not always reliably send out savegames or recieve plr files via email for a lot of people. It works for some, but not all.  |

Damn I wish I would have done this sooner. I am trying out Netscape, hell it is a lot faster than IE. A lot faster.

That is what I do currently, but like Fyron said, the pbw email system is not a 100% and I do end up not receiving turns.
However, Netscape seems to be working fine. I got the pbw files no problem.
