Here are empires status around the First Centurian Battle:

The numbers are before AI bonus factored in. You can see how down the list I am. But still, I am the most advanced race, albeit VERY poor

Oh, and Jraenar can not attack me because of insufficent supplies. They certainly need to build more supply ships or research cargo II !!
Several times I saw Jraenars ships turning back just after warping to Centarian 2 system. This is despite having a supply point in the nearby system ! (they have a military alliance with Cue Cappa who has a supply bace there ).
