Give him some time. He might be away (vaccation virus?), not able to read his mail, only able to get limited internet access. Maybe by uploading late he tries to make sure that, after uploading his turn, he can instantly download the results - thereby minimizing the necessary internet contacts which may pose a problem.
Guesswork of course. He just should have told us or at least you before. I too do not like lack of communication. I suggest to give him 1 or 2 more weeks, then force him to contact you by doing 2) - should not hurt.
