Multiple Mods
I saw many mods now, and I ask myself if I could use this mods and the normal standard game at once. Do I have to install SeIV for every mod I want to play?
And I would like to thank Fyron as his quadrant mod was exactly what I looked for (I try to do that on my on, its much work I think, to good I found the QuMod so soon )

Re: Multiple Mods
No. Install all mods into their own folders (as most mods do by default). Then, open up Path.txt in the folder where SE4 is installed and change it to the path of the mod you want to use (relative to that folder). Set it to "none" to use no mod. Check the readme in FQM for this info (in a little more detail).
Alternatively, look for the SE4 Mod Launcher, which I find to be much better than manually altering Path.txt every time you want to switch mods.

Re: Multiple Mods
You can also create different Path files - path.pnn, path.tdm, path.dev, path.prp, path.sw2, path.ast and of course path.std, then write up a small .bat file that copies one of them over your current path.txt file (this is what I used to do with my autoexec and config files way back in the days of different memory requirements for each and every game).

Re: Multiple Mods
Mod launcher is IMO a better way to go. Much less work involved. There is a Version on the Gold CD too.
