On another thread (the "Alien Races" one) I suggested a trait for completely mechanical races, requiring Emotionless and Mechanoid as secondary traits. However, some of the components and facilities I've thought of would probably require changes in the executable (like an Anti-virus component to counteract Computer Virus, and weapons to disrupt reload times or to actually subvert ships with Master Computers). Also, things would work out odd if a planet full of mechs was captured. Since they lose their original racial traits in favor of those of the conquering race, this means that they can get "sick" (ie. plagues would actually affect them, when logically they should not).
