what about one USA player takes over the missing empire until the replacement is found?

For some reason I cannot edit my previous post (time elapsed) so this will be a double.
I believe that leaving the game on auto turns would be unfair regarding the USA team as we all know the smart AI decisions but this is for them to decide. What we all want is the game rolling. Hey USA, wake up and make your point

As the PBW will be down for quite some time I believe the USA team will have time to search and find a replacement player. If not, we suggest running the game on auto. One of the USA players may play for 2 empires (at least until the replacement is found), that is ok with us.

But the captain of Lithuanian team Pablo is usually away on weekends.
