Ok. This is the savegame.

Load the game, it should load in the Tyl system, there is the fleet at co-ordinates 12,6. take control and attack the planet at 11,7. Fight it in tactical and approach the engaging forces (the 2 drones and 8 fighters) as soon as you get in point defense range the error should generate.
