It could be possible so, that all palyers start at the one side of the galaxy, and they have to reach destination in other side of the galaxy. However, there is difficulties you have to go through ála Guardian in MOO series, to give possibilityi for other palyers to blockade certain warp points etc. Some restrictions is needed, like no warp generation, no treaties of anykind (shoot at sight), etc.
