Setting up a PBW Game - I might need help ;)
Please. This is my second game setup.
Lithuania vs USA Challenge
The Last one was months ago.
I have the game Listed
I have the map(s) ready for player placement.
What next.

List who the players will be for each team and tell them to get their act together.

You got all of the starting positions set for each team correct? Or are we just going random? If you have them set then one team should sign up first (all 7 players) that way they will start next to each other for the team to go into effect. If you just designed the map and are random in starting positions ignore me.

Turn Duration needs to be changed to 36 hours?

No, you can change that any time from the game admin screen in PBW.
Click on the Lithuania vs USA Challenge game.
Click the game admin button (looks like a head bust). Go to Change options > Turn duration.
Type 0 in the days field and 36 in the hours field.
Click the Update Options button.
