Personally I think it is up to MM/Shrapnel to decide weather to give the guy the exe file. They just need to check their customer records, if the guy bought it once I don't see why they wouldn't replace it. After all the gut was from Portugal right? I'm sure they don't have 1000's of customers there. Should be easy enough to check.
