Sefter is taking good care of them. Many warships, planets, and tech levels. I think he just passed me in the most! They seem to doing well.
The Hand just got a major boost from the Hevordah when they gifted him many ships and planets prior to surrendering to the Ekhazon Empire. A word to their leader, those ships did not stop us when they were in the hands of the Hevordah.
