Re: Ticon and Pyrexia Ship Sets are now available
Those are some nice looking ships. I agree with Andres, they do appear over saturated, and ya the light angle on the Rom ships would be better served at a differant angle.
He uses a program, IIRC named DOGA. He is the DOGA king.

And don't listen to Fyron, we need good pictures of all Trek races.

There are plenty of sets for Trek races already.
The reddish spots are definitely not Romulan. I was more talking about the patterns on the ships, which do not look like Romulan ships at all. This is why he should make non-Trek sets; no silly complaints like this.

Damn those are some nice looking ships there PCP. Are you going to be making the set Neo-Standard full or part?

Not everyone uses Doga. I know Kwok and Andres do not, and I do not think any of the B5 sets were made using Doga.

Re: Ticon and Pyrexia Ship Sets are now available
Cool work Atrocities!!
That's right I use 3ds Max.
I had actually used AutoCAD in my first attempts, I work in architecture and that's a program I was familiar with, but I never got to understand the more complicated rendering stuff. The Niridia shipset was made in autocad and exported into 3dsMax for the final touches and rendering.
And Captain Kwok uses Moray+POV-Ray.
Check this topic about 3d tools.
