Tech area names:
Stellar Manipulation: Cosmic Ecomanipulation (changing the "ecosystem" of the cosmos where planets, stars, etc. are "organisms")
Storm Manipulation: Intrasystem Gas Cloud Manipulation
Planet Manipulation: Gaia Manipulation
Warp Point Manipulation: Cosmic-Arterial Manipulation (warp points = blood vessels)
Star Manipulation: Lifegiver Manipulation
Nebula Manipulation: Systemwide Gas Cloud Manipulation
Black Hole Manipulation: Devourer Control

Component names:

Create storm: Gas Cloud Projector (like octopus ink)
Destroy storm: Cloud Dissipation Tendrils (like a fan - it spreads it out and dissipates the storm)
Create planet: Genesis Pod, Planetary Coalescence Sphere
Destroy planet: Eco-Consumption Virus
Open WP: Mobius Tubes (see I told you I'd work that in somewhere! ), Nydus Canal (from Starcraft), Spacetime Hemorrhage Inducer, Spacetime Anticoagulant, Spacetime Herniator
Close WP: Spacetime Coagulant, Spacetime Sutures, Cosmic Kidneystone (j/k)
Create star: Plasma Coalescence Sphere
Destroy star: Plasma Consumption Virus
Create nebula: Stellar InstaGib Device (star "guts" flying everywhere and mucking things up )
Destroy nebula: uh... Galactose Intolerance? I like Cosmic Encounter don't I?
Create black hole: Gravity Acceleration Virus
Destroy black hole: Null-Gravity Virus
