Not in any way, no. The problem persists in other themes as well. Also, I have been using that theme for some 7 months without a hitch.

The text in that window is way too large and around 40% of the stuff that should be there gets cut off. Go get WinRar and you can see what it should look like.  |

Switch to either normal XP or classic settings and then back to your theme. Perhaps some font size thing has played havoc with text box settings in the programs you mentioned.
Back in Win98, I had changed the size of menu bars and it caused the small icons (like those in system tray) to get a bit larger like the minimize/maximize/exit buttons, but lose their colour resolution.
