Well, it made me laugh. I'm sure spiderman or the X-men would never pose nude on their websites (if they had one).

The more I think about it, the more clever the whole scheme appears. For one thing it must be that much harder for anyone to take legal action against the guy (I suspect he crosses several significant lines with the 'legal advice' he dishes out) because to take legal action, you fist have to take him seriously...

Also, it might even be worth his while to get a court case and/or fine and/or short prison sentence for his activities because if the media picks the story up he could very easily achieve celebrity status and a very profitable 15 minutes of fame.

One of these days I'd like to figure out the logic behind those boots. Hmmm you're illegaly parked for 10 minutes so we're going to put a boot on your car and force it to sit there for many hours more.
