Star Wars Mod II? whats happened to it?

Anyone know whats happening with the Star Wars Mod II by Andres?
Its just the latest reply was on september 10, and the thread is on page 4. Is it still being developed?

Hi there.
Well, this mod was never developed at a very hight speed
I've made a few corrections and made added a couple of things since Last upload.
The new host of the mod spaceempires.net is down so you may have problems to download it.

Page 4 hmmm.... looks like it needs to be bumped.
