Religious is very expensive with the balance mod, so it will be a bad deal without the Talisman. But if anyone wants it, no problemas
There will be at least 1 ringworld/player, and they will be spread pretty far apart. While the ones furthest away from you may be out of reach, the closest will not be more than 4-5 turns away from your home system. Don't think this will cause a problem, but I am flexible.
