I'm no techie but how the heck does it take a month to 'move' a DSL line?? They make it sound like the are ripping the wire out of the ground and laying it in a new trench.

Basically it's the same time period they give for a new install, 2 to 4 weeks. And no, of course it doesn't take probably ten minutes to actually do the work. All they have to do is plug in some wires and throw some switches I am sure. The 2 to 4 weeks is the time it takes to process all the orders that came in before mine. It's a queue is all.
