The only reason I say this is that when two fleets approach each other I have had situations where APBs fire at longer ranges so they miss more.
Tactically speaking they are at a disadvantage to PPBs because PPBs guy will hit more with the same damages.
They are disadvantaged against someone with DUCs because of the research involved. |
