I'm sorry UE, I don't understand the question. The latest Version of SEIV is what I am using.
It might be an effect of the mod, but then again it might not be. I was hoping that others might have some info on this or possibly double check it in a game or PBW game to see if it is an issue or just some fluke I experienced.

I just ran a quick test using Version 1.84 and the topedoes were defintly only firing every other turn in combat. I would guess it's something quirky with your mod. You are sure you didn't change the ROF?
If you have some files and a save game I'd be happy to look at them and see if I can turn anything up.
