Yah. After I posted and thought about it I realized he could have meant that.

Didn't pop into my head immediatly because I always saw Emperor of the Fading Suns more as a planet side based game not space while SE4 is definetly a primarily space based game not ground based.

Not sure how accurate a mod of that game for SE4 would be to the original.
