Re: Its 3:15 AM, Do You Know Where Your Bed Is?
Anybody around who actually live in the "correct" forum timezone ?
Currently the forum is at GMT -1, a timezone only used in the Azores and Cap Verde islands (and for some strange reason in two unpoulated fjords on Greenland)

Well if the forum wasn't in a 24 hour format, then I would be set, since I'm exactactly 12 hours ahead of the board, being GMT +11, now that Day-light savings has kicked in.

Back to the original question. My bed, at 3:15AM is right where it should be.....under me.

Re: Its 3:15 AM, Do You Know Where Your Bed Is?
On occasion I've fallen asleep at my desk. I used to do that all the time when I was still in school. I'd be studying or doing homework, and it was my plan to do an all-nighter. But at some point during the night I lost consciousness, and in the morning I wake up all groggy and I'm surprised that the night is all gone.
My record for staying up is when I slept a total of 9 hours within a 1-week period, when I had a lot of projects due, and I did several all-nighters and almost all-nighters in a row. Playing games, the most I've done is about 60 hours in a row without any sleep.

Re: Its 3:15 AM, Do You Know Where Your Bed Is?
I can't go for a long time without sleep. It just starts feeling toooo goooooood to clooooose my eyezzzzzzzz......
I can fall asleep just about anywhere, and I can time myself to wake up 15 minutes later if I have to, but I can't just keep going and going like some people do. My limit is around 20 hours, after that I just start nodding off.

Re: Its 3:15 AM, Do You Know Where Your Bed Is?
Actually, my day is almost 20 hours long. I go to bed around midnight, then have to get up at 4:30 am to take my wife to work. Then I take a nap until it's time for me to go to work at 8:00. And then I'm awake until I start falling asleep at my computer desk or in my chair while I'm watching tv. I envy you young guys who can do a week with very little sleep. Enjoy it while you can, because as you get older, you'll realize that you do need that sleep.

Re: Its 3:15 AM, Do You Know Where Your Bed Is?
Lately I've been "Going Robo", double dosing on the Robitussin because of my never ending flu/bronchitis symptoms. One minute I'm playing SEIV the next it's morning and I'm in my bed! Wow I was on automatic! I did leave the computer on but everything else looked o.k. Maybe I should counter the Robitussin with a Starbucks enema! Get more game time in.
